Hello Hoodoo Nation!

We hope you have been enjoying your summer as much as we have. It’s been a blast so far, and there’s still a lot of summer left! The Hoodoo are rolling through festival season like Matt Kenseth over a finish line.

July doesn’t have us slowing down at all either. Aaron and the Hoodoo are playing the Dixon Petunia Festival on America’s birthday. Then we’ll be at the Boulder Junction Blues Breakdown on July 13th with a great line-up of acts, including our friends the Sena Ehrhardt band, and the Nick Moss band in Boulder Junction , WI. July 19th we’ll be in Freeport, IL for our second year at the “Music On Chicago” showcase. Joining us there will be our hometown compatriots, the Cashbox Kings. Then July 27th we’re blues ‘n’ rolling the Harmony Stage at the Atwood Summerfest in Madison, then heading straight to New Glarus for our triumphant return to Toffler’s to rock out the patio. The Hoodoo don’t come out in the sun too often, so be sure to catch us outdoors while you can!

But wait! There’s more! We’ve sold thousands of copies of our first two CD’s, but you the Hoodoo fans know that something special happens when you see us play live. The energy that’s shared between you and the 3 of us on stage is very real, it’s what we play for, and why you keep coming back to see us. This past March, the Hoodoo played a very special live gig at the historic Harmony Bar in Madison, WI. There have been a lot of big shows at the Harmony with a lot of big names, but that night was something special. It was sold-out in an hour, it was live, it was loud, and it was all recorded for you! We are playing another special show at another historic Madison landmark, the Monona Terrace rooftop! This July 18th at the Monona Terrace will be the CD release party for our newest disc we call LIVE LOUD HARMONY. We hope to see all our great friends and fans, and their friends too! As the Joker once said, “We gotta live one here!”

Check our schedule to see all the great shows coming to your area. Enjoy your summer ya’ll!
